4 panels are enroute expected within days.
How can I prove they're good? I have no doubt they're going to be fine.
What i really mean is how do I test them?
Orient to the sun as best I can Lets say a tilt 30 Degrees or so.
Using a meter check Voltage but will I also be able to see Amps?
I'll have to make sure the meter is set to Amps but will I see anything?
I'll # the panels and keep track of the values.
Voltage is just across the leads but Amps I'm not really sure if an open circuit will show Amps.
Thanks, Mike

Hello Mike,
You are correct. To test the panels, you are correct. Test the voltage across the panel leads in the middle of the day with the panels tilted toward the sun. To test the current, you do the same thing, except your multimeter must be on the setting to read amps. This will short circuit the panel and allow you to read the amps it is producing.

Thank You,
As soon as i asked the question I found a video which confirmed exactly what you said. I would've gone with your answer but it is nice to see sometimes the Internet can be dead on.
