I'm using a 12 volt deep cycle marine battery. Which setting should be used, sealed, wet, or flooded?

AGM is sealed, Gel is Gel.
wet is the same as flooded. I assume your battery is flooded/wet, the caps come off to inspect the fluid in the battery. If your controller can be programmed ya might want to match the charge and float voltage to the manufactures recommendation.

Anohter important item to remember, were eye protection. I SAW what a battery can do to someone when it explodes and no eye protection, it is not pretty.
