I like Renogy's folding suitcase systems but they aren't powerful enough. I was thinking about getting the 200W starter kit and hinging the panels together with stainless hinges and putting legs on them. I might have to mount the controller on one of the panels as well. Has anyone else done this or have any advice or feedback on the feasibility?

I bought a 200 watt RV starter kit which I plan on doing what you suggested. I will use the setup in a 5th wheel RV. I'll put the controller in the basement next to the docking station where I can run panel cables through the access hole for the water hose, cable, etc. Then run the battery cables to the front compartment where the battery sits.
