i just wanted to verify the setup i'm doing. i'm using the 100w kit and due to the roof angles being perpendicular to south and some surrounding trees, i'll need to mount the panel to raise it a few feet above the roof. so the plan is to attach a metal pole/poles directly to the off-grid wooden shed. otherwise, the shed will be very basic, with some LED modules for interior lighting and occasional use of an inverted for small appliances, tools, or device charging. should i ground or do any other special precautions with this setup? or grounding for lightning protection? mockup diagram attached.

I would ground for lightning. For me is just for safety, even if not required for a small system, because after all you will be sticking a panel high above the ground on a metal pole.
Just my two c's.
