Have you checked your connections from the solar panel to the controller? Are you seeing voltage coming from the panels during the day (measured with a voltmeter)?

My connections is right.positive of the solar panel connected to the positive of the charge controller and the negative of the solar panel connected to the negative of the charge controller.I did manually if see voltage coming from the panel by touching the positive and the negative cables of the solar panel and it gives a strong spark.Otherwise I'll try and find a multimeter to test the voltage coming from the panel.

Hi I believed my solar panels not burnt becos i measured the solar panels voltage on the charge controller and it gives 31v in a good sunlight which is approx equal to max voltage of the solar panel of 30.6v.how is that??

Hi I need you to clarify to me the readings on the multimeter, when I measure the voltage from the solar panel it gives a reading of -31v during a good sunlight.I thought it should give 31v.
