Purchased the 100 watt kit with PWM 30 Amp Controller. Connected Battery, Connected Panel, Green Light on Panel, Green Light on Battery. Great voltage from Panel to Controller, Great voltage at Battery Terminals on Controller, No voltage at the Load Terminals.
I did at one time prior to messing with the settings, and since then I cannot get any power out of the load terminals. Thanks.

Fixed, for anyone who does what I did, just make sure you toggle through the settings and make sure it is on 6. and not any other number. 6. is the default number for manual on or off of power to the load terminals on the PWM Controller.

Hello wmac62, Glad to hear the issue is solved. You are absolutely right! The "6." setting is the setting that allows you to control the load terminal like an on/off switch using the "SET" button. renogy.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/PWM1030CC-Manual.pdfHere is the manual for the charge controller. On page 2 of the manual, under "2. Load Control Options" you can find the settings available for the DC load terminals. Renogy Tech Support SR

Quick question: if I set it on 6. This only effects the accessories, not the battery charge, correct? I have no direct accessories and only want to charge the battery. What would be the correct setting?

Hey Kerstin,
The "Work Mode" setting does not affect charging. No matter what "Work Mode" is selected the controller will continue to charge your battery according to its algorithm. The "Work Mode" only controls the timer for the DC load terminals.
