the cc out, battery connections and inverter are all 2 gauge wire. I used 3/8 copper tubing and made my own pin type terminal connection with a 1/4 inch hole in them. took a piece of aluminum channel off the framing of a Jacuzzi lid and made two buss bars 1 negative 1 positive. drilled and tapped 15 holes,1/4 20 holes in both. I then cut all the battery cables to the same length. connected all battery connections, cc out and inverter onto the appropriate buss bar. why? all batteries charge equally and batteries draw amps equally. why 3/8 copper? each battery has 4 connections times 4 batteries plus all the fuse connections plus the cc out. that's way over $70 in the right connections. menards sells the connections 2 to a pack for $5.99 each. a piece of copper tubing I had in my scrap metal pile for FREE.
