Hi,

I have a 100 Watt Mono that has no voltage on the direct connectors in strong direct sunlight. I have been advised to call tech support to troubleshoot the panel. I called and was on hold then left VM for a call back.

Would it be possible to receive a list of steps?

Using the MC4 tools I disassembled the panel's MC4 connections, visually inspected, and reassembled. Now the panel is producing apprpriate output. Thanks.
