Hi
I recently bought the RENOGY Solar Panel Bracket Pole Mount off of Amazon UK.
Everything went well until the last stage of the install: securing the solar panel to the mount.
There are 4 end clamps provided to mount a 100w panel sideways. The end clamps are 5mm short of the panel, which is 35mm thick.
On Page 7 of the Instruction booklet it reads:
"NOTE: May look different than pictured. Specific end clamps required based on panel thickness."
How do I go about acquiring the correct end clamps to mount a 100w panel?
Thanks

As an update, I have checked the listing for Renogy's 100w and 50w panels.
The 100w panel is 35mm thick.
The 50w panel is 30mm thick.
I therefore have been sent end clamps for the 50w panel.
Peculiarly, the Renogy website states that the pole mount kit is only suitable for 100w panels.
Although the Amazon UK listing states the kit is suitable for all panels up to 100w. Nowhere in the listing does it give an option to state which size panel you are intending to mount. In my case this is my first time with solar panels and Ihad no idea they came in different thicknesses.
I would like to swap my 50w end clamps for the 100w end clamps.
I've emailed the USA and UK but have yet to receive a reply.
Thanks again.

Well... no luck getting in touch with customer support. Thanks for the comments. Looks like my last chance is trying to ring their USA number from here in the UK.
I've got just under two weeks remaining, and if no luck, I can return the whole kit to Amazon and get a refund.
Seems bizarre when all I need is four replacement end caps.
Such is life...

I mentioned my recent 2 calls, and I also called in the past about an order problem. Same then - immediate answer.

Well, my patience paid off. Customer support got in touch and offered either a 15% refund or the 100w end clamps. I chose the end clamps.
I think they are based in China so it'll be a 2 week wait, but well worth it. The pole mount kit is the best I could find online in terms of design and sturdiness. It would have been very disappointing to send the whole kit back and then have to resort to an inferior alternative.
So I think that's a final thumbs up from me. I've had only good experiences with Chinese sellers over the years. I was beginning to think I'd finally come a cropper, but thankfully I was proved wrong at the last minute.
Thanks for the comments. Fingers crossed for the end clamps on their long journey to my letterbox...

For the record, if anyone reads this:
when you buy the Renogy Pole Mount Kit make sure to message the seller details of the size of panel you intend to mount on it so you get the right end clamps!

Yes sir glad it worked out for you... They do need to tell you which clamps are included in the kits... Thanks for getting back to all here...

Thanks both. Being new to this game I'll likely be back to pick your minds. I run into snags with alarming regularity. I was inspired to set up a "solar shed" by this bloke: www.youtube.com/watch?v=VM7g-5CEF4kOne good tip I took from him was to run everything from the controller through a separate fuse box, so each device is fused according to its amp rating Which raises a question about the inverter, for which I'll start a new thread. Cheers.

Cheers. That sounds like some good advice.... Very similar to my set up...
