Hello,
I'm just starting out with RVing and solar and I have seen various statements regarding how to clean solar panels. I would like to know from Renogy's point of view what the proper cleaning method is for your solar panels. I bought a 100W monocrystalline setup from you and while it is fantastic, I have it mounted on the roof of my RV and travel down many dirty, bumpy roads in all kinds of weather conditions which get it quite dirty. That being said, how should I clean the panel properly to ensure it isn't damaged including the type of cleaning solution that should be used on the panel itself?
Also, I am headed to Southern California and beyond to begin boondocking for the winter and will going right down highway 395 to I-15 past the LA area. At that time I would like to see if I can come and purchase another panel and other hardware from you directly. Can I stop by your location to purchase directly from you? If so, is the address on your website the correct address to stop?
RNG Group Inc. 2775 E Philadelphia st Ontario, CA 91761, USA
Regards!
