OK, I think you are asking about a 1 page diagram of the system you want to install, that you can give to the building department, is that right? If it is, they want to make sure you are adhearing to city/county/state codes and they want to tax you on it. Draw on a sheet of 8 x 10 what you have in mind and submit it.
