Newbie here the question I have is this on my 30 amp charge controller model PWM30-YS the green light is on for the solar panel so it is charging and I checked to see that voltage is coming in but the red light is on for the battery it is a solid red which according to the manual means load cut off what is going on I checked the battery and it is at 12 volts along with the red light being on for it there is no power to going to the DC load side so no lights will turn on. Any help would be appreciated as to whats going on.

Batt red light may indicate low voltage and the controller has cut off the load side until the voltage returns to a higher voltage

Hello mrh,
I don't believe we have a controller with that model number. Would that be a go power controller? At a glance it would appear that your battery is low and the controller is disabling the load in an attempt to make sure the battery is not over discharged. If this is the go power controller i would contact them though so they can verify and help troubleshoot that controller more effectively.
