I have a 100 W panel and a 30A Wanderer controller. My batteries are not charging fully and the max voltage I'm getting out of the controller at the battery terminals is about 12.9 volts. Should this be closer to 14 volts?
The panel is facing the bright sun, it's clean, the PV indicator light is slow flashing and the battery indicator is steady, the battery select indicator is set to red for flooded batteries. I have 2 series 27 batteries, only a few months old. Open circuit voltage at panel is 20.6 volts.
I have about 6 amps flowing right now at noon but as I said the voltage never goes over 12.9 v and the batteries are usually at about 12.3 v after dark. The load on the batteries is usually very low.
I bought the Renogy kit about 5 moths ago.
Things were working great until recently, the batteries were fully charged every night.
Thanks!

sounds like you are slowly discharging the battery either by not fully charging and/or using too much power.
6A into 2 G27 ain't that much, like a 3% charge. It will take time to raise the battery voltage to the 14s.
disconnect the load for a few sunny days or hook a battery charger to the batteries for many hours.
