I have 4 Renogy 100 Watt solar panels hook up in parallel to a Renogy Adventurer solar charger. On the positive input from the solar panels, it is hooked to a fuse block. The side of the fuse block where the wire is going in is getting so hot that it melted the fuse block. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
Thanks Dave

I would venture that the connection on that side of the block is electrically loose. Loose connections generate heat due to the extra resistance. Sometimes so much heat is produced that it melts surrounding materials.
