Hi I have the Renogy 50 Watt 12 Volt Polycrystalline starter kit . Can i add 100 watt Monocrystalline ? If not can i run the 50 watt Monocrystalline as second option ? thank you,Blake

Adding 100 Watts would bring the current up to 12.5 Amps, according to my math/ohms law. So, I'd say the answer would probably be no. I'm not sure what you mean by "run the 50 watt as second option." You could safely replace the 50 Watt panel with the 100 Watt one, if that's what you're getting at.

look at the panel specs generally I divide wattage by 18v (Vmp) to determine panel current (Imp) but it is printed on the back.
50 + 100 = 150 watts / 18v = 8.3 amps total, this is about the max for a 10A controller.
