I am Very new to Solar panels, and probably have a very basic question. We are looking at the on-grid Kit 3KW. My question is how does KWh compare to the Output of the solar panel. Does the Solar Kit put out 3KW Per day? per Hour of Direct sunlight? Our house is old and uses approximately 1000 to 5000 KWh per month. How much would this kit help absorb some of those KW? Thanks.

A Kw is a thousand watts. Panel output is measured in watts per hour. Daily output is dependent on location - sunny areas receive more net power from the sun than cloudy areas.
If you receive an average of five hours per day and have 200watts of panels then you generate 1kw per day or 30kw per month or 360kw per year.
There are losses for inefficiencies but that's the basic math.
