Controller says 90% Battery Monitor says 100%

For me an AGM is FULLY charged when the appropriate voltage is applied and current has dropped below 0.5% of the battery's rated capacity (.5A per 100 ah).

The adventure should get a sealed batt to 14.4 and hold it there for 2 hrs.

Tri needs to reset from time to time, was the batt FULLY charged when reset?
