Hi,
I'm running a Tracer 40amp MPPT with a 325watt Panasonic panel. During the day the panels seems to easily charge our two 250ah 12V batteries that we have connected in parallel. But from about 5-7pm the battery state of charge drops from 100% to 60%, with nothing running.
From 7-10pm we've been running lights, turning on our stove, and the state of charge only drops to 58%.
I have the Tracer on test mode, and so wondering if maybe I just have it set incorrectly?
Thanks for the help!

What is SoC based on? I suggest using voltage, so what's the drop in battery voltage from 5-7pm? Better yet, what is the actual battery voltage @ 5 and 7?

test mode keeps the load terminals always 'hot'. the load terminals are really designed for dusk to dawn lights and not REAL loads!
