I have the Renogy 100 Watts 12 Volts Monocrystalline Solar Panel which I understand has mc4 connectors .. I would like to connect the solar panel directly to a 12-volt fan (endless breeze)

I don't believe you will find such an adapter.

typically loads are attached to a battery and the solar panel charges the battery via a charge controller.

Its your panel, you can open the box on the back of the panel and rewire or cut off the MC4 connectors and wire how you like, this usually voids the warranty. connected directly to a load the panel likely won't produce 12v for the fan, it just how panels work.

this video may explain how a 20 watt light bulb is a mismatch for a 20w panel!
