Greetings,
I am new to this so forgive my nube questions. I am putting four 100 watt panels on top of a small RV and am afraid that depending on the time of day the air conditioning unit will shade part of one of the panels (I don't have room for it anywhere else). To address this i thought i would wire the panels so that there will be two sets of two panels in parallel. My question is should I put one fuse after the two parallel sets are coupled or two fuses before they are coupled?

Is it reasonable to arrange four panels such that you connect two sets of panels in serial and then connect the two sets in parallel?
