I absolutely LOVE my 100W Eclipse suitcase, and want to bring it with me to my new camper. However, instead of connecting via alligator clips (as I do now with my trailer), I want to plug it in to the camper "solar ready" plug (which will be wires to batteries). Can someone look at my copy-and-paste images and tell me if this is right? Thanks so much!!!

yes, be sure and use a volt meter to confirm the polarity of the new camper's plug and it matches solar.

I have this same question for connecting my new Renogy Suitcase Monocrys. 100W panel to my solar-ready Jayco Hummingbird with SAE connection.

I did this when I purchased the 100 W. suitcase. Only I didn't cut the battery clips off, I made a complete new cable using heavy wire so I could make a longer run for the connection. That way I can park in the shade and still set the suitcase up where it gets good sun. Also you will still have the cable with the battery clips for other uses for instance if you want to connect it to your vehicle battery or other uses.

I did, however, already remove the clamps (as I never intend to use them) and connected the SAE -- it's working like a champ. I already had extensions for the portable set so can park in the shade when needed!
