What's your latitude? I've seen the angle represented different ways. I'm ~33 N latitude and in the summer I'll have the panel near horizontal, perpendicular to the high noon sun (adjusted for central dailight time!), google suggests 'solar noon dallas' is 1:24pm currently. www.solarpaneltilt.com/

Thanks Solar Addict. I am at 32 N. I posted in another forum too and got some answers as well. My array needs to be adjusted. I guess I wasn't understanding the phone angle app.... By the looks of it, I have to lower the panels a bit. This will be good to get rid of some of the big sail in the wrong vertical position that it's in.
