I recently started to build an off grid solar configuration. I started with 2-100 watt monocrystaline panels and the 4210 MPPT controller. I purchased a EPsolar MT5 remote display for the controller which was working fine. Last Sunday, I added two additional 100 watt panels converting from 12 volt to 24 volt configuration of the panels. Everything was working fine until the following day when the panels received full sun. I had forgotten to change the fuse going to the battery from the controller and the fuse blew. When I replaced the fuse, the controller came online and appears to be working fine. The MT5 meter powered up, but it is not communicating with the controller. I would not have expected the fuse blowing to cause any damage to the communication port or meter. I am looking for suggestions on how to diagnose where the issue is occurring short of buying another meter to test. Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance for your help

I broke down and purchased a second MT5 meter. After connecting it, I still have the same issue. It appears that soemthing is wrong with the communication port of the charge controller
