I am replacing my current batteries with new AGM batteries. But the controller doesn't have that as a setting I am thinking to use the gel setting as that doesn't equalize but I read it may not full charge the batteries. Any suggestions thanks

AGM = SLD (sealed).

Thanks the only concern with the sealed is I have read AGM should not be equalized.

I've read they should!
the 14.6v equal for 2 hrs every 30 days is not much of an equalization!
I'd use sealed and do. You could lower the equal v to match boost if ya like.
