I need 50 more watts, can I add a 55 watt panel ( VMP 18.2 Volts VOC 22.1 Volts) to the 100 watt starter kit?

yes, 100 watts is <6A and the controller is likely 30A so you can have 3-400 watts.
PWM controller, wire panels in parallel
