Can you add more than one of these systems together on the same duel battery setup for more possible amp hours?

I don't see why not.
If you get the ones with controller included, it's as simple as attaching the outputs of each kit to the battery setup in parallel.
If you get one with the controller and others without, then you must attach the latter in parallel on the solar input to the controller (up to the current limit of the controller, obviously).
