Just built off grid cabin and have a Renogy 2000w inverter tied to 2-230 watt solar panels and 4 golf cart batteries , also have honda 2000 generator wired to inverter. Question...can I hook this system up to a Square D service panel and wire cabin normally? I'm new to all this, any input would be appreciated

Just as long as you keep the generator and the solar system separate/switched from running with each other.... I'll bet you won't need the genny depending on what your expecting to run 24/7
