I have emailed them on the 15th and 20th no response.....maybe someone knows the answer:
"I ordered the "Renogy 200 Watt 12 Volt Monocrystalline Solar Starter Kit with Wanderer" from Amazon on 9/4 and have not been able to get the Wanderer to change battery types. It doesn't seem like the button engages correctly. Do you send new ones or should I just send everything back to Amazon as defective?"
Running marine battery and cannot get it off gel setting
