I just replaced my old 20 amp MPPT Tracer with a new 4215BN because I added a third panel (and may add a 4th or 5th in the future). I now have three 100 watt Renology panels hooked up in parallel to the new charge controller and two 6 volt Trojan T-105s. The system appears to be working flawlessly. The battery green LED is flashing, however, the green PV LED does not light, does not flash. A volt meter across the PV terminals of the charge controller indicates the panels are inputting 20.3 volts and the MT50 remote meter confirms the voltage input as well. The manual which came with the Tracer 4215BN says that no green light on the PV indicator means a problem with the connection or it is night time. I checked all connections - no problem and it is a sunny January day here in SoCal. Can you help? Thank you.

I would say you have a bad CC or light... Send it back.. If it's hooked up correctly.. Which it sounds like you do..
