I was hoping for some help real quick. I have been going in circles and confused myself... I am thinking of running 4 100w 12v panels in a 2p2s configuration. I am thinking that the total system would be 400w, 24v and 17amp(400w/24v). I was looking at the ROV20 but some of the numbers on the front are making me second guess myself. Specifically the solar Vmp of 24v is 36-75v. Would this charge controller be viable for my setup?
Thanks

I have a Rover 40 with all 4 panels in Series and it worked fine. I added a fifth panel at some point but the controller would shut down enery harvesting if the Vmp from the panels was over 100V. You should be fine with 2p2s as long as you're getting 18V from each panel, and who knows, maybe it even works below this (mine works over 75Vmp just fine like I said). You can also try putting all 4 in series like I did. and it might work since my Rover 40 was fine with it.
