I have 3 brand new RNG-250D mono panels connected in parallal for a 30(ish)volt 24 amp system, Connected to an Outback FM60 charger. the panels face due south and are tilted to the proper angle for my area (Washington),and there is no shade. The battery bank is 24V 400ah. The wire run from the panels to the charge controller is just under 30 feet and 10awg thhn wire. with direct sunlight i am only getting a max of 235 watts and around 2 amps total....Can someone tell me what is going on or is this normal??

Hello bartherny,
I am sorry to hear that your system is not working properly.
Please call us at (909)-517-3598 at your earliest convenience when you are present with the system. Please also have a multimeter handy so that we can guide you through troubleshooting your system.
We will have you test the Voc and Isc of each panel to confirm that they are working properly.

Just a quick update...The panels are working properly. The load on the batteries was too small, and the battery bank was full. I added a few more items to the load and got up to almost 9 amps and about 350 watts...on a cloudy, soggy overcast day.
