Hello Shuffle,
If you are starting with a brand new system, you can wire the whole system positive ground. If you are using this controller in an existing negative ground system, you can connect it as normal. Panel to controller, then controller to battery. The only limitation of using this controller with a negative ground system is that you cannot use the DC load terminals (the right most terminals on the controller). The DC load terminals are for connecting small DC loads that are controlled on a timer through the controller.
If you are setting up a new system, all that needs to be done is run a wire from the positive post of the battery to a grounding rod. This will ground your entire system, since, internally, all the positive terminals of this controller are wired together. Therefore, grounding your battery would also ground the positive line of your panels and positive line of your loads at your load terminals.

Yesterday my charge controller burn in smoke and fire. I did not know how to ground my system. It's that the reason for this problem (burn out)?

Pedro,
Please contact us ASAP so that we can figure out what happened. Grounding is not necessarily a cause of a failure, but it is there to protect your system.
When you call we would like to know how many panels were connected to your system, the time of day it happened, and any details you can recall so we can pinpoint the cause of this failure.
We can be reached at (909)-517-3598.
